Ltd.**[\[3\]](#fn3) ## History Foster Coulson founded the Stardust Group in 2021.[\[1:1\]](#fn1) The firm was incorporated on December 30, 2021, as 1340650 B.C. Ltd.[\[4\]](#fn4) On September 12, 2022, the company changed its name to Project Stardust Investments Ltd.[\[3:1\]](#fn3) Then, on November 20, 2024, it changed its name again to Coulson Capital
