It is the sister organization of [Clear Choice Action](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Clear-Choice-Action). ## History Clear Choice PAC, Inc. was registered with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) on February 5, 2024,[\[1\]](#fn1) and incorporated in Delaware on March 7, 2024.[\[2\]](#fn2) It was founded by Pete Kavanaugh to "coordinate attacks on third-party candidates" in the 2024 United States presidential election, particularly [Robert F. Kennedy Jr.](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Robert-F-Kennedy-Jr), [No Labels](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/No-Labels) and Cornel West, in collaboration with [Third Way](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Third-Way) and [American Bridge 21st Century](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/American-Bridge-21st-Century).[\[3\]](#fn3) Around the same time, the [Democratic National Committee](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Democratic-National-Committee) (DNC) formed its own "team to combat third-party candidates."[\[4\]](#fn4) On June 6, 2024, Clear Choice filed a complaint with the New York Board of Elections alleging that independent presidential candidate Robert F.
