**Clear Choice Action, Inc.** is an American super political action committee based in Kent, Delaware. It is the sister organization of [Clear Choice PAC](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Clear-Choice-PAC).

## History

Clear Choice Action was founded by Pete Kavanaugh.[\[1\]](#fn1) It was incorporated in the state of Delaware on February 22, 2024.[\[2\]](#fn2)
