The **Centre for Information Resilience (CIR)** is a British nonprofit organization based in London, England.

## History

CIR was founded in 2020 by Ross Burley and Adam Rutland.[\[1\]](#fn1)

## Organization

CIR runs multiple programs, including Afghan Witness, Eyes on Russia and Myanmar Witness. CIR is a member organization of Social Enterprise UK.[\[1:1\]](#fn1)
