**CellSure, L3C** is an American stem cell donation company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. It is a subsidiary of [Predictive Biotech](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Predictive-Biotech), part of the [Predictive Technology Group](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Predictive-Technology-Group).[\[1\]](#fn1)[\[2\]](#fn2) According to founder [Eric Olson](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Eric-Olson), the company is "focused on procuring human tissue, cells and DNA for clinical studies and product development."[\[3\]](#fn3)

## History

Eric Olson founded CellSure in June 2017.[\[3:1\]](#fn3) The company was officially incorporated in the state of Utah on February 20, 2018.[\[4\]](#fn4)
