**Bohai Harvest RST (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd.**, or **BHR Partners**, is a private investment firm based in Beijing, China.

## History

BHR Partners was founded in December 2013 by Hunter Biden, Devon Archer and Jonathan Li as a partnership between Bohai Industrial Investment Fund, Harvest Fund Management, Thornton Group and Rosemont Seneca Partners.[\[1\]](#fn1)

In 2017, BHR Partners invested in facial recognition company Megvii, then known as Face++.[\[2\]](#fn2)[\[3\]](#fn3)
