## COVID-19

In late 2021, Aspen neared completion of a deal with [Johnson & Johnson](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Johnson-&-Johnson) to manufacture the [Janssen COVID-19 vaccine](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Janssen-COVID-19-vaccine) product in Africa.[\[1\]](#fn1)
