**Ansell** is an Australian medical equipment manufacturer based in Melbourne, Victoria.

## COVID-19

Ansell is a manufacturer of personal protective equipment (PPE) including rubber gloves which saw huge increase in demand due to COVID-19\. The company “supplies all the pharmaceutical companies, including [Pfizer](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Pfizer) and [AstraZeneca](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/AstraZeneca), involved in manufacturing approved [COVID-19 vaccines](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/COVID-19-vaccine) around the world.“[\[1\]](#fn1)
